1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all services and products provided by Budget Bins Calgary Inc., including dumpster bin rentals and welding/fabrication services.

2. Service Scope

• Dumpster bin rentals for residential, commercial, and industrial use.
• Professional welding and metal fabrication services, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.

3. Booking and Payment

• All rentals and service appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• A 50% deposit is required upfront when placing an order. The remaining 50% is due at the time of delivery.
• We accept e-transfer, credit cards, or business cheques.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Once an order is placed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued upon cancellation for purchased or custom-ordered bins.
• This policy applies to all bin sales and custom fabrication orders.
• Customers are encouraged to confirm all details before placing an order.

5. Dumpster Bin Use Guidelines

• Only approved materials are allowed in bins. Hazardous waste, chemicals, and prohibited items may incur penalties.
• Bins must not be overfilled. Overloading or misuse may result in extra charges or service refusal.
• The customer is responsible for the safety and placement of the bin on their property.

6. Welding & Fabrication Services

• All projects will be discussed and approved with final specifications before work begins.
• Design changes after work has begun may result in additional charges.
• Budget Bins Calgary Inc. guarantees quality workmanship and will address any concerns reported within 7 days of delivery.

7. Liability

Budget Bins Calgary Inc. is not liable for any damage caused to driveways, landscaping, or property during bin placement or pickup, or welding work unless caused by gross negligence.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or shared via email.
